I noticed that while doing the Ninja storyline she briefly appeared next to the Tir Chonaill bank. It was somewhere close to the end of the quest chain. I thought it was some kind of weird glitch, so I clicked her and she said something along the lines of "I miss you.." I also know for sure that she hadn't been there when I was doing the Puppeteer storyline only thirty minutes prior since a quest in there has you visit Bebhinn.

Does anyone know if this happens with the other two females from the Rush of Love storyline (Ysolte and Mina)?

After you finish Rush of Love, one of the NPCs, depending on your answers in the quest chain, becomes your "friend" (as opposed to one getting married and one hating you). The one who becomes your friend appears in a specific spot in Tir Chonaill at different times of day, not there 24/7. They have generic dialogue like that, nothing to do with the Ninja quest chain.

The other two you never see again.
