A cello is bought from Walter at 100,000 G not at the ducat shop. No idea how to edit that in so..
According to Mabidata, its by all NPCs who regularly sell instruments.

Yeah, i just couldn't remember the rest from the top of my head. It isn't sold in the ducat shop though as it was there previously.
It's also listed that the Cello can be dyed with regular dye ampoules, which is incorrect.
