I recorded some silks I made at rank 8 weaving out of 377 silks made I got: 67% cheap, 18% common, 10% fine, 13% finest

compared to the values listed in the Weaving_List finest should be 6%. So it would appear that the gloves double chance of finest.

Recording some data from testing in game here. Conducted 14-August-2021; r1 weaving.

• Cheap Silk x 63 ; 45.7%
• Common Silk x 31 ; 22.5%
• Fine Silk x 17 ; 12.3%
• Finest Silk x 27 ; 19.6%

From these results Finest Silk appears to have gone from a 12.5% rate to a 19.6% rate, which corresponds to either a +7.1% (+7%) additive bonus or a +56.5% (+50%) multiplicative bonus. More data would be required to determine exactly what the rate is. It also appears to have pulled approximately 4.3% away from Cheap Silk, 2.5% from Common Silk and 0.2% from Fine Silk, which is roughly proportional to the base rates for this rank. This leads me to believe that the underlying code is probably a weighted table, where perhaps the weightings are Cheap = 40 | Common = 20 | Fine = 10 | Finest = 10 and wearing these gloves multiplies the weighting by 1.50.

Additionally, according to a couple of users' data on Reddit (samples sizes of ~300 and ~160 respectively) approximate the Finest Silk rate at rank 8 to be ~8% with these gloves. Following this weighted table model, that closely matches the 1.50 weighting multiplier model.
