Someone on Mari made one of these and said the stats for the dish at 4stars were 41 hp, 50 mp, and 24 int. No word on the ingredients and cooking method yet.

If you can find them again and get the ingredients and method, i'll try to hunt down someone on Alexina and see if they can experiment on the proportions
