don't know networking, is any of this relevant?

The IPs and ports are up-to-date other than guild battle, if that's still a thing. The rest of the page needs a thorough review. I have to expect Mabi has fixed the need for nagle crap by now and there have been plenty of suggestions that adjusting MTU is bad. Also, any apps referenced here or on the page are probably out of date.

If anyone knows what they're doing and can clean up this page that would be great.

Regarding tweaking your networking settings, there's a application that can help! (TCP Optimizer)

https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

This tool I generally always use when I reformat my PC, and comes with various optimization methods you can adjust for gaming or streaming. No need for command prompt, just run the file with administrative privileges and configure it to your liking (you can use optimal, but it doesn't adjust nagle and tcpnodelay attributes by default, you have to manually change those in the 'advanced' tab).

Leatrix Latency Fix Instead of Registry Editing?

I really don't like the fact that we're giving a guide on registry editing to people who have no idea what they're doing. I don't know about the legal details, so I'll ask: would it be ok to just post a link to the Leatrix Latency Fix?[1] It's a script that does what's listed in the guide automatically so you don't have to worry about screwing up your registry.

I don't think anyone is going to screw up their registry if they just do as it says and don't go messing with things.

That's assuming a lot.
