The "Highest Critical" Upgrade Sequence Doesn't Really Give the Highest Critical Chance...
I've come up with a true highest critical path, which caps the longsword at 29% critical as well as making the balance 63%, so I believe you would need less than 100 dexterity (78 dexterity with Rank Novice Combat Mastery) to cap the balance at 80%. I also made another path that exchanges the Blade Tip Sharpening 1 and two Blade Edge Sharpenings for Edern Style Long Sword Tuning and two Weight Reductions to make the highest minimum damage sequence. Here they are.
