Wrong Recipe

I know for a fact that this is not the right recipe. The real recipe is closer to 70% dough, 20% milk, 10% butter. I haven't been able to get a perfect yet, so I'm no sure on the exact percentages, if someone else would like to get em, that'd be nice.
