Is it based on max HP (flat 38%) or based on how much you're wounded (e.g. one has 100 wounds out of 1000 HP, only 38 wounds is healed)?
Also someone told me it's not very compatible with Healing Hands? The person said that HH restores before RT, meaning that an injured person would only receive wound heal but the health heal is only up to the previously wounded portion, or something?
My understanding is that it is a flat amount, since it goes above 100 (and really any amount of % would either make it completely void out healing skills or be too ineffective for raids). I am unsure about HH's applied wound restoration in relation to RT. FLAT or STATIC usually refer to numbers taken as-is. When you ask about '38%' you are asking about PERCENTILE or % or DYNAMIC. Sorry I can't more help to your questions though. I'm a brand new Crusader myself.
I'm asking if the healing is based on Max HP or current wounds.
Anyway, I finally got the subskill. Wound heal is based on Max HP and its effect occurs after Healing Hands, making it not restore health from wounds healed by RT.
On a semi-related note, training oddly doesn't work in PvP 1:1 duels, but it works after injuring each other and then cancelling the duel.
