Talk:Reforging/Combo Mastery Effect seems to be inaccurate.
Using Combo Mastery Damage 2 level reforge turned an increase of +3% (floor value) compounding (aka 20% increase from r1 Combo Mastery effectively increased to 23.6%).
Can anyone else match this? Possibly with a higher level reforge.
