Gargoyle sword and Machetes?

Can they be ego'd? No, as they cannot be repaired, so it is impossible to get them to 100prof before they have 0 dura.

Addendum to Repairs

It seems there is another issue not mentioned anywhere regarding repairs for spirit weapons. Either this is a NA code-glitch or NA is doing this on purpose. If the repair fails your max durability is reduced. Will be opening a ticket on this - the cost of EGO items is too high to have them disintegrate like a regular item. --Thrudd 15:11, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Are you saying JP KR and Chinese(don't know abbreviation XD) server don't lose durability to ego upon repair? That is disappointing since i lost 1 point on Gladius ego when I repaired it with a 100 Prof Gladius =/

can u use upgraded items 2 repair ego weapons?

i no u cant make an ego with an upgrated item, but can you repair them with items that were upgraded? i cant test this myself cause i have a wand and wand upgrades rnt out yet.

Spirit Weaponry Advice

I know that some egos may be stronger when created, but then they end up not being as strong as another weapon that was worse when they reach higher levels. In otherwords, they start out strong but don't gain much as they go, whereas another starts out fairly average then gets epic. Now to my main point of address: Which is the strongest AT MAX LEVELS: Leather longbow, crossbow or guardian bow? Same here: Gladius or Warhammer? A note on which characteristic I care about: durability and injury don't matter to me. They can go hang :P Damage and critical are, my favourite aspects, but I really have enough critical to get them nearly all the time.. Balance is... eh, alright but not vital.

It's an exxageration, meaning I get lotsa them. Twice now I've gotten 3 critical combos with my dagger.

Errr, nevertheless, I'm fairly more informed now. I was just wondering, is there a way to calculate level 40 ego stats?Novaix 08:29, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
