Parameters

Parameter	Usage
Name	The in-game name of the chair
Description	The description of the item when hovered on in the inventory window.
icon	Basic icon of the chair in the inventory. Leave blank to use chair name. Use PNG format.
extra picture	If there are additionnal details that need to be showcased on the chair when used.
extra picture	The text that will describe the extra picture
obtain list	Methods known to obtain the item.
width	Inventory icon width
height	Inventory icon height
buy price	The chair's nominal value, if bought from an NPC store.
durability	The maximum durability of the chair.
repair	The type of repairs the chair is put in
repair instrument	If the chair is an instrument such as a Piano or Harp
seats	The number of seats this chair allows people in
can select seat	if the players can select which seat to settle in
gender animation	If this item has specific gender animation differences
recovery	If a chair uses Rest when sitting
recovery rate	The recovery rate of the chair
can fish	If the item is a Fishing Chair. Fishing Chairs with multiple seats exist.
has npc	If NPCs spawned when sitting can be interacted with
no prop overlap	Prevents the player from spawning the chair in/near other props and players' chairs.
music type	The chair's way of playing music. Instrument: Equip an Instrument (and optionally, scroll) before sitting, and then use Playing Instrument. Scrolls: Insert a Score Scroll by right-clicking, that will automatically play when sitting.
BGM	If the chair plays music, put the name of the mp3 file here. (without the extension).
dye flashy	If flashy dyes can be used on this chair.
dye slot 1-6 type	Palette type for the slots
dye slot 1-6 part	The parts of the chair that can be dyed
dye slot 1	The description of what the dye affects
put in bank	If the chair can be put in the bank's inventory
bank withdraw other	If the chair can be withdrawn by other characters on the account
store in pet	If the chair can be stored in a pet's inventory
trade with player	If the chair can be traded
sell to player	If the chair can be sold in a player shop or the Auction House
drop	If the chair can be dropped
pick up others	If other players can pick up a dropped chair
sell to npc	If the chair can be sold to a NPC
sell to npc value	The value a NPC will buy the item for
feed to spirit	If the chair can be fed to a Spirit Weapon
Chair buff	If the chair activates a buff. (This property needs to be omitted if there is no buff.)
Chair buff icon	Put the name of the png file here. (without the extension).
Chair buff time	The duration of the given buff.
Chair buff timer	How long the player needs to be sitting, before the buff starts.
