Coin Event?

No, definitely new. But it says only subscription users can participate, maybe its only Premium or VIP members? But I doubt this was purposeful, otherwise they would publicly announce it to try and sell more NX. Can somebody who can participate give a gist on the quest and rewards?

Edit: Tried on a character under total level 30, he says:

“	You'll find event coins all over Erinn. The General Shop has a quest scroll that will convert those coins into even coupons. Convert those coins into coupons, then bring them to me to participate!	„

I also do not see a scroll in general shops or bank shops.
