If I remember correctly, Brennet isn't actually an NPC. Rather he was a GM or Devcat employee who took it upon himself to hold an unofficial event as a prelude to G10. Anyway, please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I see when I look at the comments for that G10 Prelude video on Youtube, as well.
