Apparently this acts as normal bait when it expires

Earlier mine expired and I started collecting mainly fish and some collection quests from my homestead. Just a bit of info if anybody cared to know about it.

The weird thing about this is I thought it actually cancelled your fishing skill when it expired, but it didn't do that for me this time.

EDIT: Seems you can use it as normal bait even if you cancel the skill. My fishing pole must have died the other time.
