Untranslated Half of a Box with Lorna on it

So I opened one of them (can't remember which exactly) and got the left side of a box... with Lorna on it. Not quite sure what it is. Ideas?

I don't remember which one I opened, but I got the right side of a box with pan on it. Guessing it goes with the left side you found.

haha maybe, would be nice if they were translated! My guess is that its the white horse whatever? Seeing as the item name is two words :/

I put the two items on the list of rewards and called the "Lorna Coin Box" and "Pan Coin Box" for the time being.
