As of G16S2 part 1 load time got 'slower'

I noticed this isn't because it loads it immediately, but rather my elf loads the skill much later after a volley was fired...

Load instantly, shoot. ~Wait time~ Load instantly.

I think there's some sort of trigger cooldown of like 1-2 seconds.

I looked and there's a 0.1 second cooldown...

100ms delay shouldn't be THAT long! It feels like 0.2~0.3 to me... Latency of roughly 80~100ms.

Thats your weapon speed. It shouldn't be more than .3 seconds.
