Are we 100% certain it's exactly 20% speed? I don't have a high level wave sweeper to compare it to, but it doesn't feel quite that fast to me. Also this video seems to assume it's 15%

And while I don't know if 15% is accurate either, it does seem a bit more likely to me. The easiest way to test this would be if someone has an S rank wave sweeper to compare the two speeds.

Furthermore I'm wondering /how/ it stacks with commerce speed reforges. I have both and it's substantially faster, but I'm not sure if it's 20%+commerce speed bonus, or 20%*commerce speed bonus. Even after making a lot of runs I still can't quite tell.
