Girgashy's skills usage based on HP% with Decimals

Would it better to use decimals to HP% on difficulties of raid, instead of using whole number? It depends on what reader like to see though.

Example: Fanaticism

  • Easy/Generation 19: 0.00~39.99%
  • Normal: 25.00~54.99%
  • Hard: 55.00~69.99%

Sure. Its more accurate given that HP bars now display decimals.
