Artisan?

While upgrading a hatchet I got to 4/5 upgrades and I can see an artisan is there for it, but it's not mentioned here that the hatchet has an artisan let alone the stats given by the artisan upgrade for it. I'll post the stats here when I get the artisan, but it would be helpful if somebody could fill out the possible stats given by an artisan upgrade for the hatchet.
Edit: After getting the artisan upgrade my hatchet got +7 strength, +22 luck, +4 max hp, and -19 dexterity
