Hail Enchant

Hey Guys,

I just updated the enchant rewards.. There is a Hail enchant... not to confused with "hail's enchant" from Nao's 20th birthday present. The "hail" enchant from the gacha gives +3 max damage and is a prefix rank c enchant which is for accessory.

Someone on the main forums confirmed that it was 3 MIN damage and not 3 max when actually enchanted, though I can't seem to find the thread anymore. You might want to enchant that on something just to make sure though.

Strange cuz the hail's one from the nao birthday event is min 3 damange and a suffix enchant. This enchant is a prefix enchant. But I will check it out
