Every hit is critical, very good place to train fighter skills with critical hit requirement, and maybe also a good place to master critical hit.

Crit rate isn't 100%, it's more like 90% or so, I've seen several non-criticals while in there.

Sorry for the way late reply. I'll second this. It isn't 100% guaranteed, but it's excessively high, and ignores the normal 30% cap for critical chance.
