Repair Rate Modification

Assuming it really is halved (where 98%>99%, 99%>99.5%), then this list on the page is incorrect.

Where did these values come from? Assuming all of the known values are correct except 98%, the slope of the graph would be 2/5 if it's linear, meaning 98% would be 99.2%. (We also need to consider there is an 80% repair.)
