Alchemy Elemental Mastery

I'm no Alchemist. However, I do know that Life Drain uses ALL the 4 Alchemy Elements. Do they affect Life Drain in any way?

Wind Alchemy, Earth Alchemy Mastery, Fire Alchemy and Water Alchemy all say they increase the effects of life drain.

It doesn't say anywhere on the Life Drain though. It should, for consistency.

It says:

• Alchemy Mastery will only increase the knockback damage of the skill.
  • This is calculated as Knockback Damage * {1 + 3*[Alchemy Mastery Bonus + (Water Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Fire Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Wind Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Earth Alchemy Mastery Bonus)/4]}.

on the Life Drain page.

It only says "Alchemy Mastery". Hahaha.

Well I have a different, but related question.

Since Life Drain uses all elements, would that make Life Drain be affected by elemental cylinders? Water Cylinder grants you about 15% bonus damage for water, but Fire, Earth and Wind has a penalty as well, of 5% each.

Life Drain isn't affected by elemental cylinders, whether you can make sense out of it or not.
