Dye

Ok. So. It says you can dye this and it has the dye parts and stuff but it says on the bottom it cannot be dyed. Wondering if the bottom section is wrong and should be deleted or changed to something else.

All the "cannot be dyed" info came prior to when Wand Dye Ampoules were released. So yes, it can be dyed.

And the description won't be changed because Nexon sucks at updating their things.
