Frozen Blast on Rabbits

I can't particularly update the wiki right now because I'm at school and will have to log off in about two seconds, but frozen blast can not be used to target swift rabbits. I'm not sure if it can be used on the other rabbits, but if by the time I make it home nobody has tested it I'll give it a try myself.

i tried it on the big black one, and it didnt work there either.
