Someone is selling a Rank 4 Manual and says it's a nuadha robe M Pattern. It's untranslated and may be false but can anyone confirm/kill this rumor?

It's without doubt a scam. That is not possible since there is no data for a Nuadha manual in foreign servers and it wouldn't be untranslated in NA if it weren't from foreign servers.
