I stayed mounted for 2 minutes, entered Alby, killed all enemies within using the pet, tried to rebirth, and got this message, all without desummoning the pet in between. Is this pet unable to learn ANY pet perks at all?

i am verifying. its a crossover copyright thing, nexon cant edit it for new features that came out after it cuz they dont own the dino(Patrasche). also ive tried on my dino too, it cant learn perks and cant do pet interactions. the same logic applies to other crossover pets (kokopo).
