Is this still available?

I was looking through the web shop today (Feb 3rd, 2015) and I can't find this under any section, or by searching. Am I just blind, or has this been removed?

If it is still available, what is considered a limited time pet? Just the ones that were stated to leave at a certain time, like Hoppers or Floral Fairies? Or are pets that were retired from the shop eligible? What about partners, or whistle pets?

A limited duration pet would be the 7-day horse.

I haven't actually dealt with the whistle firsthand, so I can't answer anything else.

Necro but useful info. The medal will work on the starter eagle and horse which do come from a whistle, however it wont work on whistle pets without an inventory such as the Petal Collar Dog.
