Reset Time for Redeeming Tickets

I redeemed my first coupon for this event a little after midnight PST (3 AM EST) and I was not able to redeem my second ticket after the 7 AM reset. Are we sure the reset time is 7 AM PST?

You're right, it isn't 7AM PST. I was using the previous event as a template, but it appears they changed the time. I suspect its 12AM PST.
