One-handed weapons are limited to half the max reforge?
This was added many years ago by Radionoise (http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/index.php?title=Reforge&diff=442266&oldid=439125), but has any part of it actually been proven?
I've got a Fomor Dagger with Final Hit Max Damage Level 3, which shouldn't be possible with Rank 3 according to the page.
