On that note, I've been a little annoyed with how far behind we are on our reforge page. I'm going to go ahead and update it according to the most accurate resource I'm aware of, and split the effect column into two. (Initial level's effect and subsequent level effects. For example, Healing Rate reforge gives +25 on Lv1, and +1 on subsequent levels.)
