Him and Coco are deleted after Dressroom?

The NPC portrait was added sometime near Zero. Then Dressroom came out a long time after. It's just that JP and NA have gotten/are getting Druid and Dressroom together so we never see the portrait for Ropa.
As far as I know, they never reuse Coco/Pia and Ropa anywhere else after removing Beauty Shop.
