Using shock on a monster does NOT do anything at all! It's weird because it should work for default gameplay anywhere else.

It's already on the skill page and has been for quite a while.

Casting Shock on a monster or summoned golem renders the skill ineffective.

I mean allowing the player to put shock on a monster/golem when it does nothing.

Because you're supposed to be able to do put it on a monster/golem and it still works. It's just a glitch they never fixed since forever.
