Pirate Skeleton Mini

My friend was playing the g13 Rundal Siren Dungeon and he was in a switch room and a mini pirate skeleton(the one without a hook) appeared. I was wondering if we have any data on it. Also could someone get a Screenshot.

Also because it is a mini skeleton i think it might have a low spawn rate , similar to the mini red skeletons.
