Monster immunity for a short time
From Talk:Spider Shot
It would seem from some testing, that if a target(mob, not player) is debuffed with the web, but NOT killed, it is immune to being trapped again by the same player for a short time, roughly 40 seconds. I am not sure if the target is immune to another players spider shot debuff however. Can someone else help test this?
