Millia Outfit Absorption Enhancement

First, typo: Should say "enemy's" instead of "enemies".

Second, what does it do? I've heard it has a 10% chance to reduce all damage to 1. What's written is extremely vague and can easily be misinterpreted into reducing/"absorbing" damage by 10%.
