I don't think it's a coincidence that the numbers and sign both contain four digits.

Well, if you could randomize the numbers every time you hover hovered the sign, that'd make no sense. Not to mention, you're not supposed to be able to see the contents of the sign, anyway. Clearly it isn't a coincidence... in fact, that says even more that there is nothing on the sign other than the 4 numbers. What message could there possibly be on the sign?

By message I meant the four numbers. By the way, are the numbers really random?

Looking at the page more clearly, I think I misread the unknown part as "why the numbers showed up" rather than "why the numbers are there". My bad.

On a small related note, the page itself could use some cleaning up.
