i got one

well i just got the tidal wave cylinder through the event with the Korean and Japanese npc give you gifts, what i can say is that it does a fairly noticeable increase in dmg with water based alchemy and i cant complain too much about the decrease in dmg with wind, clay, and fire alchemy for you to care, i dont know anyone who has gotten this cylinder through the grim reapers drop like the page says so this event so far is the best chance you have of getting one of these cylinders.
