Elves may use Dragon Rider Plate Armor and Dragon Scale Armor, both are heavy. In addition, they have their own version of the light armor Chinese Dragon Armor, which is a light armor with heavy base stats. (Yes there is a pattern... Those Elves and Dragons...)
