I meant that he needed to collect atleast 90% of the mobs needed for the rank up not the whole entire thing
80% of the mobs would still give 80% of the training. 80% of X (Total mob training) = 80% of 100 skill training Example r4 (i believe) total 40 mobs. 80% of 40 = 32 32*2.5 = 80
