Enthralling Performance - Skill Training Seal

I assumed it would be the same for Rank 1, as it is the same requirement for Rank 2, and I had never used a skill training seal before. I did check the page about seals just now and saw that it says "Cannot be used on Rank 1 Skills." Not everyone will check or should be expected to check the seal's limitations before using it, so I have deleted my edit and simply added a note to make it clearer for other players.
