Ripped from the KR wiki I believe. I named it "Magic Attack Modifier" since it is the number you multiply Magic Attack and add to the magic spells base damage. The most basic formula is (Spell Base Damage + (Magic Attack * Magic Attack Modifier) * (1 + Elemental Modifiers/Titles/Magic Weapon Mastery) * (Charges * Charge Modifier)
