Windmill's Range

I don't mean to come off as rude, but if you truly believe that Windmill's range gradually increases between Rank F and Rank 6, I request that you post specific evidence for Windmill's range increasing directly on your talk page here. "It felt like the range increased!" will not count as evidence. As a 'Master of Windmill' and an avid WM-spammer myself, I honestly doubt that this is true. Furthermore, data in the game files themselves indicates that Windmill's range increases only at Rank 5 and Rank 1, so until you can point out some proper evidence, I'm removing it from the article.
