From Mabinogi World Wiki

I'm sorry but I removed your statement about halving the Repairing failure rate for blessed items. Either quote a source or put data (or a link to a page with the data) you collected proving this info on the Repairing discussion/talk page. If you have proof then please provide it. Info that is hypothesized belongs on the Repairing discussion/talk page for others to debate as it could be incorrect and therefore putting it on the Repairing page itself could be misleading. Also, if you add your hypothesis on the Repairing page then others may feel obliged to add theirs and that kind of thing belongs on the talk page. --ZRoc (Talk) 02:02, 11 November 2009 (UTC) You seem to want a start and edit war, why don't you instead of deleting text from the wiki and being rude jerk, you prove your statementsKisaiTenshi 13:39, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

Personalize?

I noticed that you added a bit of code onto Template:StyleEnchantRank that lets people see if a particular enchant personalizes an equip. However, all of those enchants should have |OtherPos=Personalize somewhere in them, such as the enchant White Horse (data here), so it already says +Personalize at the bottom of the lists of effects. Is it really necessary to add "Personalize" under the enchant name? --Ryo (Talk) 23:45, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Dual Wield R-Type

Apparently, the Dual Wield with R-Types do stack up, so at 2x +6 weapons will give +82% additional crit damage that stacks with the 150% with rank 1 crit. If that's the case, what's the break even point?

Miyuna11:21, 8 February 2011

That's what the "Dual Wield (Single Hit Base)" column is based on. So use that column, but instead of comparing it to your stat sheet, compare it to your Base + Weapon 1 + Weapon 2, like is used for single hit skills. In essence, you actually need a lot less base damage for R to be effective with dual wield.

What would be the breakoff point? Will you calculate it?

Miyuna19:04, 9 February 2011

Like I said, the equivalency point for dual wield is in the "Dual Wield (Single Hit Base)" column of the chart.

Regarding alchemy edits.

You've added an additional damage number to Flame Burst and Water Cannon. What is that additional damage from?

Tellos18:50, 3 January 2011

It's an inherent property of the skill, related to how the boost from Alchemy Mastery is calculated. I've merely copied the data from jpwiki on Water Cannon. If you know how to look at skill_leveldetail.xml, it's Var5 for Water Cannon.

Ah Ok I see it now. Base damage is factored to the charge count alongside the enchants whereas additional damage is raised by masteries and added on top of that. I'll make a not of that on the pages so that it is easier for users to understand.

Tellos19:00, 3 January 2011

I'm working on integrating it into the rest of the alchemy skill pages. The different skills use different multipliers for AM's effects.

The shock percentage lists relative damage. Shocks damage was increased in G12, but the xmls were not updated (similar to what happened with Arrow revolver). The damage is listed as a percentage of the rank F damage. It also says the stun duration for all ranks below 1 is 1 second, so I'll fix that.

Tellos19:45, 3 January 2011

Too bad nobody knows how rank F's damage is calculated. At least not that I could find.

Inemnitable19:47, 3 January 2011

Its not that it can't be calculated, its that no one has gotten the upper and lower bound for it through sample gathering. I intend to do so once I finish this stupid book. Then I can compare it against different ranks to see if it correct.
