If the maintenance has been over 4 hours and there's no update (I've given nexon time to give an update), then it's supposed to be assumed as a "further notice" status until the next update provided by Nexon. The current update has it until 7:00 PM EDT / 4:00 PM EDT, but it's 30 minutes past that and no word from Nexon.

Sabina stated on the forums the servers will be opening soon, don't be so eager to adjust the wiki.

Because Sabina says it's going to open soon, doesn't mean that it's going to be up in ten minutes. It could be one or two hours, so until there's an official edit with their maintenance post, then it needs to stay as "further notice."

On average the servers open up 30~ minutes after an official post.

And Sabina has said misleading things, so let whoever in charge with the maintenance posts make the appropriate edits.

The very top of the WikiUpdates page states

DO NOT post server or channel status messages here! Edit the "NA Game Server Status" section instead.

DO NOT post anything without a source! Any such edits here will be promptly removed without warning!

By repeating posting servers status updates and speculation to thas page, you are in violation of the page's documentation.
