Vivi is an Event NPC that hosts the Star-Fishing Events. On multiple occasions she has accidentally dropped magical supplies in Abb Neagh's lake while traveling over it on her Night Sweeper Broom Pet. She relies on the player to help her fish out her supplies when this happens.
