An item with special powers that can only be used on amulets with 3 available secondary enhancements or less. Increases stat effects by 2 more upon the first and only successful enhancement of an amulet applied with an Additional Stat Stone (secondary enhancement).
Additional Stat Stones do not reduce the number of available enhancements.
