Using the item grants the Blessed Melody Step Effect for 3 hours, which grants a reduced rate of durability loss and a +3 Music Buff effect.
- You must have the regular Melody Step effect currently active in order to use this item. Doing so will overwrite it with the buff listed above.
- You can bypass this requirement by making use of Harmonic Saint's Link 5 Bonus, which applies Melody Step with Voice of Vitality.

- Successfully perform 5 combos in a Blessing of Cairbre Freestyle Jam. Only one Bugle may be acquired per Blessing of Cairbre.
