Will Donnelly, an expeditionary soldier is dressed in green. He seems to be intently searching for something.
- Appeared in Rano near the Qilla Base Camp but only during the St. Patrick's Day Event (2010).
- One of the requirements of the event's "Deliver the Supplies to the Expeditionary Force" quest was to find and talk to this event NPC.
- He would give a player 5 Lucky Four-Leaf Clovers.
- After completing the event's quest more clovers could be obtained by talking to him every 3 in-game hours. The reset happened at exactly 3, 6, 9 and 12 o' clock am and pm every Erinn day. He would always give 5 Lucky Four-Leaf Clovers.
