A glimmering star fragment that leaves a luminescent trail behind it whenever it's moved. Use the item to initiate Fossil Restoration, from which you can obtain a Constellation Star Candy if you restore the fossil according to the shape of the star.
(The power of the starlight imbued in the Fantastic Memory Shooting Star Fragment will diminish over time after its duration has been exceeded, and eventually disappear.)
